Legal & Data Sovereignty

As an Indigenous-led 501(c)(3), our operations are guided by transparency, reciprocity, and an unwavering commitment to tribal data sovereignty.

Data Sovereignty Statement

At Edge.Root Collective, sovereignty is the starting point, not an afterthought. We build AI systems that work for tribal governments by designing sovereign technology architectures. This ensures that tribal data remains secure, protected, and entirely under your jurisdiction. We do not extract knowledge without reciprocity. We believe the collective is the structure, and "we" means the nations we serve. Your data stays sovereign.
